This free class is a 12-minute simple and gentle yoga/exercise session accessible to all. The presenter Donna Nolan has a love of working with the body. With many years of experience teaching yoga and exercise classes, she is passionate about supporting people to exercise in a gentle and connected way. |
Donna guides you through the sequence of movements and encourages you to remain connected to the body. Gentle exercise can have great benefits for the body, rejuvenating and refreshing tired limbs. In the event of existing injury and/or medical condition, please take into consideration any recommendation from your primary care physician and be discerning if the physical movements and exercises offered here are appropriate for you. Listen to your body, enjoy and let yourself be guided by what your body feels.
