All of the writers for the book realised at some stage in their life that there is a different way of ageing and that it is possible by living lovingly on a consistent basis to look and feel more and more vital. It is then our ageless beauty that shines through from within, no matter what age we are.

We take great care of our houses and cars etc., but in reality we actually ‘live’ in our bodies all the time so we should look after our bodies before all else. As one of the writers shares in her article, “By making more loving choices in our lives, as we age, our bodies do get worn, but reflect a different quality – one of a life truly and lovingly lived, and not one of abuse, regret and a wish to turn back the clock”.

All our writers realised that by committing to live more lovingly with self and others, we can make a difference in all aspects of out lives such as our relationships, our health and our overall wellbeing. Living this way our lives can expand as we age rather than contracting. Ageing can become a joyous process as we allow ourselves to let go of all the ideals and beliefs that we have taken throughout our lives to this point.

It is never too late to embrace a more loving way!
