Self-care is not about being selfish. Self-care might sound like an indulgence to those of us brought up to always put others first, but the truth is when we take loving care of our bodies, and the way we nourish ourselves, exercise and dress ourselves, we begin to feel more vital and appreciative. How much and how often do we appreciate the delicate and tender person we really are? Self-care is a way of being and living that is personal and always unfolding.
