SELF CARE TIP - SLEEPING WELL

At the end of a busy day, have you ever experienced finding yourself unable to ‘switch off’ from the day and prepare your body for a truly restful sleep? 
​

​This audio for sleep, published by yoga practitioner Vicky Geary, is specifically designed to support the body to ‘re-set’ and settle into a still, harmonious rhythm, so that we get maximum benefit from our sleep
Vicky guides us to connect to our body, becoming very present with a few gentle movements, so that we don’t take our restlessness or problems into our sleep.

​Dedicating this time to being with our self allows us to feel whatever the body is communicating and prepares us for enjoying deeply nurturing sleep time.

When we put ourselves to sleep in a loving way, we are setting ourselves up for waking the next day in a quality that we can then expand into our everyday activities.
