What we explore in these pages are the benefits of Esoteric Yoga and the Gentle Breath Meditation®.  These simple techniques bring relaxation and stillness to the body and mind as they take us deeper within and re-connect us to our innermost being. We are then able to go into our day fully supported by the wisdom of our innermost self.
